Instructions

  1. If using fresh garlic, mince 1-2 cloves. Measure soy sauce, rice vinegar, and optional sweetener. Thaw frozen veggies if preferred, or use frozen directly.
  2. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. Warm until shimmering but not smoking (about 1-2 minutes).
  3. Add pre-cooked chicken strips to the pan. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until heated through and lightly browned. Remove chicken and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add frozen stir-fry vegetables. Toss and cook for 5-6 minutes until tender-crisp. Add fresh garlic during the last minute if using.
