Ingredients

  • 1 cup (240 ml) cranberry juice
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) tequila
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) orange liqueur
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) simple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Ice cubes
  • Cranberries for garnish
  • Orange slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix 2 tablespoons of sugar with 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon on a small plate.
  2. Moisten the rim of each glass with a slice of orange, then dip the rim into the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Set aside.
  3. Fill your cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
  4. Pour in cranberry juice, fresh orange juice, tequila, orange liqueur, and simple syrup. Adjust the simple syrup to your sweetness preference.
  5. Secure the lid on your shaker and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds.
  6. Fill your prepared glasses with fresh ice.
  7. Strain the margarita mixture evenly into the glasses over the ice.
  8. Garnish with fresh cranberries and a slice of orange. Add a sprinkle of extra cinnamon on top for a warm finish.
