Crispy, golden-brown egg rolls packed with savory stuffing and paired with tangy-sweet cranberry sauce for dipping—a creative way to use holiday leftovers.

Ingredients

Scale
  • Stuffing (chilled, any type such as bread stuffing, sausage stuffing, or cornbread stuffing)
  • Egg roll wrappers
  • Cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 egg (beaten, for sealing wrappers)
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Prep your stuffing. If it’s too dry, add a splash of broth to moisten it. Chill if not already cold.
  2. Lay out an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface. Place 2-3 tablespoons of stuffing in the center, shaping it into a log.
  3. Brush the edges of the wrapper with beaten egg to seal.
  4. Fold the bottom corner over the stuffing, then fold in both side corners. Roll tightly to seal.
  5. Repeat with remaining wrappers and stuffing.
  6. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Spray the basket lightly with cooking spray.
  7. Place egg rolls in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them. Spray tops lightly with cooking spray.
  8. Air fry for 8 minutes, flip egg rolls, and air fry for another 6-8 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  9. Prepare cranberry sauce for dipping while egg rolls cook. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

[‘Don’t overfill wrappers to avoid tearing or difficulty sealing.’, ‘Preheat air fryer for even cooking and crisp texture.’, ‘Flip egg rolls halfway through cooking for even crispness.’, ‘Serve immediately for best texture and flavor.’]
