Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set up toppings in small bowls.
  2. Place chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and melted. Stir in 1-2 teaspoons of coconut oil if desired.
  3. Hold a pretzel rod at one end and dip the other end into the melted chocolate, covering about 2/3 of the rod. Use a spoon to coat evenly if needed.
