A creamy pasta dish infused with smoky kielbasa and perfectly balanced seasoning, ready in just 20 minutes for a quick and satisfying dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 ounces kielbasa, sliced into bite-sized rounds
  • 12 ounces pasta (penne, rotini, or bow ties)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced kielbasa and cook for 3–4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds, just until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir to combine, then bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
  5. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce thickens slightly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until evenly coated with the creamy sauce.
  7. Sprinkle with chopped parsley (if using) and serve immediately.

Notes

For a lighter option, use turkey or chicken kielbasa. Add reserved pasta water to loosen the sauce if it feels too thick.
