  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 cup fresh spinach or arugula
  • 6 thin slices cheddar or Swiss cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Maple Aioli: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  2. Toast the Waffles: Lightly toast mini waffles until golden and crispy. Set aside to cool slightly.
  3. Assemble the Sliders: Place one mini waffle as the base. Add a slice of turkey (about 2 ounces). Top with a small handful of spinach or arugula.
