These stuffing-crusted chicken tenders combine the comforting flavors of classic stuffing with tender, juicy chicken for an irresistible crunch and bold flavor.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound boneless chicken tenders, trimmed
  • 1 box herb-seasoned stuffing mix
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil spray (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat dry the chicken tenders and season them lightly with salt and pepper.
  3. Set up the coating station with shallow bowls for flour, beaten eggs, and stuffing mix. Crush the stuffing mix slightly for finer crumbs.
  4. Dredge each chicken tender in flour, dip into eggs, and press into the stuffing mix to coat evenly.
  5. Place the tenders on a wire rack over a baking sheet or in the air fryer basket. Spray lightly with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes in the oven or air fry for 12-14 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through (165°F/74°C internal temperature).
  7. Let the tenders cool for a minute before serving. Pair with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

[‘Crush the stuffing mix slightly for better coating.’, ‘Flour helps the egg stick to the chicken, ensuring the stuffing adheres properly.’, ‘Spray with olive oil for a golden, crispy finish.’, ‘Flip halfway through cooking for even crunch.’, ‘Monitor cooking time to avoid drying out the chicken.’]
