A quick, no-bake fall dessert dip featuring rich cream cheese, reduced apple cider, and warm spices. Perfect for parties or weeknight treats, this silky dip is ready in under 15 minutes of active prep.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup apple cider, reduced to 2 tablespoons
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • A pinch of salt
  • Apple slices (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
  • Graham crackers
  • Pretzel rods
  • Pumpkin spice cookies

Instructions

  1. Pour apple cider into a small saucepan over medium-high heat and simmer until reduced by 75% (about 2 tablespoons of syrup). Let cool completely.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add softened cream cheese. If needed, microwave for 10-15 seconds to ensure it is soft.
  3. Add granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt to the cream cheese. Mix on low to incorporate, then beat on medium-high for 2 minutes until smooth. Scrape down sides.
  4. Pour in the cooled reduced apple cider, heavy cream, and vanilla extract. Beat on medium-high for another 2 minutes until light and fluffy.
  5. Transfer to a serving bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up. Serve with apple slices, graham crackers, or pretzels.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is fully softened to avoid lumps. Use 100% apple cider, not apple juice, for best flavor. The dip can be made up to 24 hours in advance. Do not freeze as cream cheese may separate.
