A quick, 5-minute iced latte made with strong coffee, fresh apple cider, heavy cream, and caramel sauce. This refreshing drink balances tartness and sweetness without requiring an espresso machine.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) cold brew concentrate or strong brewed coffee, chilled
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) fresh or high-quality apple cider
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) heavy cream
  • Ice cubes
  • 23 tablespoons caramel sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cinnamon stick (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare strong coffee and chill it completely, or use cold brew concentrate.
  2. Ensure the apple cider is cold; refrigerate if necessary.
  3. In a large glass or mason jar, combine the cold coffee and apple cider. Stir gently.
  4. Pour the heavy cream into the mixture, allowing it to swirl for a marbled effect.
  5. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  6. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top.
  7. Add a cinnamon stick for garnish if desired.
  8. Stir gently before drinking to mix the caramel with the coffee and cider.

Notes

Ensure all ingredients are cold to prevent the ice from melting too quickly and watering down the drink. For a dairy-free version, substitute heavy cream with oat milk or coconut cream. If using bottled cider, check for added sugars. Toasting the cinnamon stick slightly before garnishing enhances the aroma.
