A quick and easy 10-minute party snack made with melted white chocolate and candy corn. This simple treat requires no baking and is perfect for Halloween or any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups high-quality white chocolate chips
  • 1 to 1.5 cups standard candy corn
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract (optional)
  • Halloween-themed sprinkles, crushed pretzels, or chopped nuts (optional for topping)

Instructions

  1. Place white chocolate chips (and butter, if using) in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 30 seconds, then stir thoroughly. Repeat in 15-second intervals, stirring between each, until the chocolate is completely smooth and glossy. Do not overheat.
  2. Stir in vanilla extract until fully combined and the mixture is shiny and uniform.
  3. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread into an even layer approximately 1/4 inch thick using a silicone spatula.
  5. Immediately sprinkle candy corn over the melted chocolate, pressing gently to adhere. Distribute evenly or randomly.
  6. Refrigerate the baking sheet for about 30 minutes (or freeze for 15 minutes) until the chocolate is firm to the touch.
  7. Lift the bark off the parchment paper and break into irregular pieces by hand. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.

Notes

Ensure all utensils and bowls are completely dry to prevent the chocolate from seizing. White chocolate burns easily, so melt in short intervals. For a dairy-free version, use dairy-free white chocolate chips and check candy corn labels for gelatin. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week, or freeze for up to three months.
